Soon Chun Hyang Medical Center

In our early days as Joongang Medical Center before becoming SCH, our entire staff followed the late Dr. Succ-jo Suh and devoted their efforts and made sacrifices to serve our patients. As a result, our hospital which started out as a 250-bed hospital made significant advancements and has since grown into a major healthcare institute that operates over 2,500 beds in Bucheon, Cheonan and Gumi as well as the Soon Chun Hyang Hospital in Seoul.

Soon Chun Hyang University Hospital

Soon Chun Hyang University Hospital, which is the head of the branch hospitals of SCH Soon Chun Hyang University Seoul Medical Center, is located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and plays the role of the parent hospital and cradle of Soon Chun Hyang University and our Medical Center. Currently, over 1,200 staff members including over 130 professors for each specialty give their efforts in medical research, education and patient treatment.

Soon Chun Hyang University Bucheon Hospital

Soon Chun Hyang University Cheonan Hospital

Soon Chun Hyang University Cheonan Hospital was established on July 7th, 1982 with 14 departments and 150 beds in Chungcheongnam-do, which used to be a wasteland in healthcare aspects. Since its establishment, our Cheonan Hospital has grown in quality and size to become a major healthcare provider of the region, equipped with 24 departments and 734 beds as of the present.

Soon Chun Hyang University Gumi Hospital

Established in September 1979 as a 250-bed hospital, Soon Chun Hyang University Gumi Hospital installed 300 more beds in November 1984 and a further 450 in September 1992, making it the largest general hospital in the northwest region of Gyeongsangbuk-do. The hospital has been actively installing the latest medical facilities and promoting medical research and training of healthcare providers, and greatly contributes to enhancing public healthcare and productivity of businesses operating in the Gumi Industrial Complex.
