Otorhinolaryngology is a specialty that deals with various diseases that occur in organs such as the ear, nose, neck, head, mouth, salivary gland, trachea and thyroid. In the field of otology, our department deals with diseases such as otitis media, impaired hearing, tinnitus, vertigo, facial nerve palsy and tumors of the temporal bone, and we are currently operating special clinics for tinnitus, hearing aids, artificial cochlea and vertigo. For the field of the nose, otorhinolaryngology deals with hypertrophic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, nasal septal disorders, chronic sinusitis, snoring and sleep dyspnea, olfactory impairment and rhinoplasty. For the field of the head and neck, otorhinolaryngology treats oral benign lesions, malignant disorders, diseases of the trachea and esophagus, and tumors that occur in the head and neck such as the thyroid, larynx, pharynx and salivary glands.
