If not, you can stop by the reception / Payment desks of each floor, pay the reservation fee, and go directly to the relevant medical department and then submit a medical appointment certificate for diagnosis.
By phone or internet	After submitting your health insurance card at the reception / receipt window, fill out the medical application form, you will be issued a medical appointment certificate and medical card, and you can go to the relevant medical department and submit the medical appointment certificate.

In case of first visit	Please fill out the medical application form at the information desk on the 1st floor and submit it to the reception desk of the Administration Department along with your health insurance card. You will be issued a medical receipt and medical card so that you may submit them to the relevant department for diagnosis.
In case of revisit	You can submit your medical card and health insurance card at the reception desk of the Administration Department, obtain a medical receipt, and submit it to the relevant medical department for diagnosis.

※ If you have a medical treatment request, please visit the Medical Treatment Request center first prior to any other procedure.

※ As Soon Chun Hyang University Bucheon Hospital is an advanced general hospital (tertiary), you can apply for health insurance benefits only when you bring the medical examination and the result of the medical examination together with the health insurance card indicating that you need medical care at an advanced general hospital.
